GreenShoot Pacific was engaged to work with the team at Sydney Festival to investigate the sustainability issues and opportunities for the event, including producing a diagnostic report, internal sustainability intranet, team training, performance measurement process, and performance report.

We implemented an ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management System and guided them to successful third party conformity audit, the first in Australia.
